A Rare Recording of Herbert Louis Samuel

Herbert Louis Samuel (November 6, 1870 - February 5, 1963) was a British politician who was the Liberal Party leader from 1931 to 1935. He was the first practicing Jew to serve as a Cabinet minister and to become the leader of a major British political party.
