A Rare Recording of Dr. Samuel T. Francis

Samuel Todd Francis (April 29, 1947 - February 15, 2005), born in Chattanooga, TN, was an American writer, social commentator, and academic. He was a columnist and editor for the Washington Times. Francis would later become a "dominant force" on the Council of Conservative Citizens and the chief editor of the council's newsletter, Citizens Informer, until his death in 2005. Francis was called "the premier philosopher of White racial consciousness of our time." The following recording is from a speech Francis gave in 1994.
