I listened to the audible version of the book and loved it. Ordered the physical book before I was even done so I can go back and highlight while I read again. As far as self-help goes, the information and ideas contained in this book are pretty good. There's something to be said about getting help from someone who struggled in such a unique way as Travis Mills.
