Meh. Carb-cycling is new to me - I have no idea if it would work for me. The book repeats itself a LOT. Could have been about 1/2 the size, or less. I'm highly frustrated by the "you hate yourself for being fat" statements. The workout plans are a great idea but most involve knee bending. Most overweig......more

This read was easier, understandable, and seeing charts to help with his overall diet program. It has high carb/low carb days, even reward days.
