Will the Gift IDs expire?
No, the Gift IDs do not expire.
Does the recipient need a membership to redeem their audiobook?
No, they do not need to be a member.
Will the recipient always have access to the audiobook, or will it expire?
They will always have access to the audiobook, they do not expire.
What's the minimum purchase for a bulk order?
There is no minimum, you can purchase just one gift code if you wish, but it is intended for bulk purchases.
What is the default discount for a bulk order?
You will automatically receive a 35% discount. For orders of 150 copies or more, please contact us and we will reach out to the publisher for a greater discount.
Will users have to set up an account (or provide their information) to redeem their gift?
Yes, users will have to create a free account to redeem the gift. They will only be asked for their name, email, address, and to create a password, that's it.
If we use the “simple” form, will we get 100 different codes to redeem the audiobook or one code that can be redeemed 100 times?
You will receive 100 unique codes. By request we can convert the different unique codes into a single code that can be redeemed 100 times.
Is there a way to send a link to redeem an audiobook that will automatically fill in the Gift ID?
Yes, simply add the Gift ID to the end of this URL: https://www.audiobooksnow.com/redeem/

Can the Gift IDs be redeemed in your app?
Yes, there is a Redeem Gift option in your account in our app. Users will need to create a free account and sign into the app first.
Are we able to gift specific titles in bulk and print individual certificates for them?
Yes, when you go to give a specific title as a gift there is an option to “Do Not Email” the recipients. You will receive an email receipt with all of the Gift IDs and can print them out on a certificate or however you want to give them out. When the recipient activates that Gift ID it will put that specific audiobook in their library.
