Medurio, a student at the Sacred College, has acquired an ancient alchemical tome. Although he knows that such an act would be blasphemous, all his curiosity about alchemy overcomes him. Everyone said he would lose his mind over it, but his idea was to brew whatever foul magic potion the text described. For if one does not take risks, how will they learn?
