Across the Stadtpark another hears Olivia’s battle with the bogomili. He is a drangue, a powerful warrior with supernatural abilities who’s duty bound to save innocents from Asmodeus. This drangue will stop at nothing to defeat his age-old enemy—even if it means risking everything to bring Olivia into his world. The only problem is that the closer he keeps her, the more the drangue wants to keep Olivia in his life. And that is not part of his long-term battle plans.
